The Parry McCluer sports information department was created in 2019 to provide fast, comprehensive coverage of the school's athletic department for members of the Parry McCluer family and the community at large.
The department has created a number of social media accounts for
Facebook,
Instagram and
Twitter and is currently in the process of overhauling the new PMHS athletics web site.
The mission of the department is to provide up-to-date wrap-ups for sporting events, as well as important announcements for the community. However, we also plan on featuring stories and images of athletes and coaches off the field of play.
So many members of Parry McCluer's athletic department excel off the field as well, and it is our goal to make sure those stories are told. There is so much good that happens at PMHS, and the world needs to know about it.
As the department continues to grow and mature, be on the look out for video features of selected athletes. At the same time, we plan on branching into broadcasting as well. Stay tuned for news about our Facebook live (audio only) broadcasts of select games as the seasons progress.
